I tried this recipe and my Philadelphia cream cheese batter came out quite lumpy and needed a lot more combining than described in her recipe. I have a feeling she used whipped cream cheese which is why her batter looks so frothy but not sure why she didn’t specify that. Regardless I have made this cake for my hubbys birthday today and inshalla I think he will enjoy it. It smell’s absolutely scrummy!
Followed this recipe to the letter except I had to use 3 large eggs instead of 3 medium. My mixture, though it tasted yummy, was much runnier than Nadias. Could the eggs be the culprit? Its in the oven. I'm hoping it's going to be ok.

Does anybody by chance know of a brand of digestive biscuits that do not use milk in their ingredients. I’m sadly allergic to dairy and digestives are not as popular in the states as they are in the UK. Some of the UK brands are available over here, but a-lot of them use skim milk in the ingredients. Any suggestions?
