Nutrient bioavailability is crucial- but focusing on this can be misleading. Sure, nutrients in meat are often more "ready-to-use" than those in plants, but that doesn't mean it is the better choice at all. Plant foods come with fibers and other benefits, and by combining them smartly , you can up their bioavailability as well. So, while bioavailability matters, it's not the whole story. A plant-based diet, rich in fiber from fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains, and legumes, supports a healthy gut microbiome, crucial for long-term health and longevity, as seen in the Blue Zones where most food would fall into the "harder to digest / low bioavailability" category.

Im from the blue zones like mediterranean sea, and people there eat mostly animal products especially fish, idk where you get this idea that blue zones eat undigestible food but its not even close to truth. There is 0 benefits to eating something thats bio unavailable, there is even a disadvantage to eating it since it contains anti nutrients Also people like okinawas eat mostly raw meat no? Idk where is this new misconception that something uninituitive(like vegetables are for every single baby in the world) can be healthy for you

@@borna1897 that "misconception" comes from the veganism fad. it's not really about health, it's about an agenda. it's a lot like flat earth. even when there's evidence to counter their claims, they pull one of these with pseudo-science argument that hinges the entire reality around an immutable core concept (at varying levels of absurdity), and they will reject anything that goes against that core concept. so even though meat is good, meat can't be good, because it's automatically disqualified as taboo. they can't take a neutral stance ever, it's always from the stand point of their dogmas. this is how we end up with "vegan cats". btw there are people who live off seals alone. no vegetables, and they have above average health (although you have to consume the whole thing, including the blood, not just the meat). anyone who lives off vegetables alone will have nutritional deficiencies they have to somehow compensate, or they end up dead.

I think it is super sad to see that he doesnt try to improve on elf and undead.. would be very cool to see his journey .. instead he falls back to his comfort zone ...

@@Chef8898 Do you still play wc3? He played over 100 games of UD and NE, which we are thankful for. Playing off-race is not nearly as fun for most people, and he gave us a lot of great content over the past few weeks. He'll play more off-race in the future.

I agree honestly yeah I enjoyed watching him play elf undead. I’m sorry they just like protest. They gimmick is being strong and it’s not a good gimmick.

@@ruslan7782 He painted it as an obligation and a lot of people see gardening/housekeeping that way depending on how they are raised, but really it isn't even though it does have a lot of mental and physical benefits. I don't care one way or the other or if he isn't gardening at all in his time off, but my point was is it is worth looking into in a cost benefit sort of way instead of doing it by habit
