Must admit when you started on about your chin hair I immediately felt my chin to check mine lol. Clarins do a lovely cream hydrating mask. Just slap it on and leave for 10 mins and then rinse it off. You could put that on while you are doing the washing...solved your problem! Anyhoo, its fab to have you back Caroline. Best tip ever for nails: buffing once a month to remove ridges which allows cuticle to perform better. Guy outside a beauty shop in London buffed my nails and talked me into buying the buffing bar and cuticle oil! I started doing it and my nails stopped splitting, grow so fast and are so strong. I don’t use any other products and I get a lot of compliments. Honestly, such a natural process, cheap and for me, game changing! Hope this helps for you

Nails…. rub in jojoba oil every time you wash your hands. I buy little brush-on applicators on Amazon that I fill with the oil to make it easy. Cheap and effective. Love your channel, Carolyn!

Hi Caroline, just grand to see you back! That blush is sensational. Before i forget...nails. I have been using a vitamin called ProCaps Labs by Andrew Lessman, out of Henderson, Nevada. Take other vitamins by him and always happy. I've been taking Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails since August 3, 2023, one morning, one evening. My nails would crack and peel and were just not strong. WOW, what a difference! Strong, no cracks or peeling. I just had to trim them down a bit yesterday!! Also, i'd read where you should trim nails with clippers only and they grow stronger..not sure why. Anyway, you might try those vitamins...I'm just thrilled with results in six weeks. Caroline, so nice to have you back! Your skin this last year is looking amazing!! About nails - mine were a total splitting wreck for years (low iron etc etc) post meno - then I started Holland and Barrett's vitamin C (the one with zinc). Really quite shocked by how well it works if I take one daily. Have to be consistent but after a week or two, you suddenly notice the difference. Hair is thickening a bit too (even more of a shocker!). The other thing you could try is a collagen powder - prob animal product, fish etc as there's little convincing evidence for the new vegan ones.
Absolutely thrilled you're back. My Saturday mornings are not the same during the summer. Your skin looks lovely and healthy. I've been considering buying that Violette spray for a while now but was not sure as nobody is really talking about it and it is quite expensive. I'm going to try it out now that you've shown it. I also love the Weleda skin food in the winter months as an overnight mask. For your nails, I can recommend the Hairburst gummy vitamins for nails, hair and skin and also the Orly nail strengthener (I got mines off Amazon). Welcome back Caroline.x

Great to have you back! Lovely video as always. My nails are very weak and gels wreck them. I was telling the girl who does my nails about this and she recommended Nailtiques protein formula 2. I got it off Amazon but haven’t started using it yet as I just got gels on but I will start as soon as they come off.

Great to have you back Caroline. Regarding weak nails it might be worth having your thyroid checked. I started on Eltroxin a few years ago as I had an underactive thyroid and since then my nails have really improved 😊

Caroline I never had good nails , I started to take a very good fish oil every single day, it took a few months but I have the best nails ever now. Must be high quality omegas
For the last year I worked diligently on a natural nail care routine. A drop of oil after every hand wash, special creams at night, strengtheners, supplements. And.. they’re basically the same as when I started. Good overall condition but growth is still weak and peels. I decided to stop fighting genetics and go back to press-ons when I need a morale boost. It’s amazing how many compliments I get on nails from Walmart. 😂
Just proves most of these products are just a complete hype and waste of money. I’ve stopped wasting money on expensive skin care and keep it to the basics. My skin has never looked better.
@@susanjackson6972Yes, there’s lots of good affordable skincare out there. But nails and skin are different in that there’s not a wide array of treatments that will radically change the fundamental quality of one’s nails. There many more options for skin and improvements can be significant.
Yey 🎉so good that you’re back 😊. Re the nails, I usually have quite strong nails but every now and then they feel a little week I use Christian Dior Crème Apricot fortifying cream for nails. It’s fantastic and really seems to help. Use at night though as quite tacky. Great video and look as always ❤
For stronger nails mix half a tea spoon of grenetin (gelatin) in powder win no savour in a cup of luke water and chug it in. Your won’t recognize your nails in no time!!! I watch you from Mexico so I can’t get hold of many of the things you recommend but I love to hear your advices and I love your vibes.
Hi Caroline, Welcome back. Great video as always. Thanks. I have been using Mavala scientifique k+ pro keratin on my nail tips twice a week for a few months. It makes the nails stronger by chemically making extra cross linkages in the nail, not covering it. It has made a huge difference and now I have long nails.
