I find myself coming back to this one often, I have severe trauma from losing my fiance, then giving birth to his daughter, being put on powerful meds for four years, and then finding out the meds were ruining my health. I also suffer from chronic pain, PTSD, and nightmares. Im almost off my meds for two weeks, thank you so much to the creator of this audio, what would I have done without this

Zac 🩷 I'm so very grateful for your beautiful, calming, peaceful music! Not only am I a lifelong insomniac, I have ruptured & compressed discs in my lower back that are hurting SO bad (going on 3 weeks now; apparently they're not an "emergency" until they start causing bladder incontinence!). 😢 So I wait for the surgeon and use my mind to help reduce the pain and sleep. To anyone still struggling to sleep with this video playing, close your eyes and breathe in until you can't take anymore air in, and slowly exhale and focus on completing this. You'll notice after atleaat the 2nd time you'll start to yawn, after the 5th or 6th time you're pretty much sleeping aha

I absolutely LOVE the background of this one...the cool glow cave with the oppositely warm sunset outside is gorgeous, and I love the ethereal out of this world noises along with the water. I don't know where you find this beautiful imagery, or how you come up with these perfect sounds, but you are single handedly the reason I can study peacefully in medical school every day. I have been using cheap burner phones since the divorce, losing my job, & my father's death - yes, all this happened in the space of a year. So every time I open a new YT account, I like these again. I even played this by the air vent to calm the other guys at the homeless shelter on the veterans' floor.

I tried this for the first time last night around 2 am because I just couldn't fall back asleep and remembered seeing this video. I put it on, thought about how I liked the way it sounded and then woke up to my alarm in the morning- it was phenomenal. I live with 2 toddlers and they get up before me for their school. They are not quiet kiddos and I usually get woken up by them an hour before my alarm goes off- but not this morning. I'm telling you this was magic. So, I'm trying something; I'm going to use this to fall asleep initially and see what happens. I'll keep you updated.
