We finally made it out on the bay in our own boat. In 2 days we were able to hook 8 halibut and 2 striped bass between 4 people. The weather wasn’t as forecasted but we made best of the conditions. Personal Bests for myself 30 inch on the first day. 33 inch on the 2nd day.

+Jose Jr Mokay pier 47 j & p baits. Drive the boat up, make sure you have a big live well with pumps and you csn get half scoop $35 live anchovies or full for $50. Half was good for 4 people both days.

+Jose Jr Mokay not too far 10-15 mins from marina, then if you dont know the area just stay near alcatraz and stay near the fleet. We drifted 30 feet mostly.
