I bought a board less then a year ago but the battery broke. I mailed tech support but they won't give me a new battery they said I had to buy a new one. They didn't even give me a discount because it had broken so fast. I think it's rediculous i paid more than 500 dollars for a board that i cant use anymore.
I just ordered this board last minute for my 14th birthday next week 🎂 and I have a question, does the board usually come with an extra set of 96mm wheels?
