Good to see the backhoe lives to fight another day. You still have me worried about the tubing layout with those wavy hand gestures. Dead straight tubes with the shortest practical length will provide the best performance. The standard GAHT tubing layout for a dome, is a square peg in a round hole :)

Replacing the sub frame was the way to go for sure. My 2023 3520 has the new style sub frame so I am not anticipating any problems. Is there a video on doing the repair on the bucket from last winter or did the dealer do the repair. I am assuming the hood needed replacing as well last winter.

From my experience use a 3/4 drive ratchet and at least a 4 foot cheater pipe to tighten those bolts or they will come loose. Js

Replacing the frame was the best option as the original had a design flaw, they just let the customer do the testing, I also noticed your set up did NOT have a provision for the lift arms to be attached to the back hoe unit. I had for many years a New Holland 25HP tractor, that had a similiar back hoe attachment with similiar type frame, EXCEPT, it had a provision for the lift arms of the 3 point to help support the back hoe, yeah it was a pain as it was 2 more points to hook up/disconnenct when attaching and unattaching, but it never broke, I later went to a much larger tractor, Ford, and adapted the Back hoe to it and used the three point lift arms as a starting point to attach plus the rear frame attachment, the back hoe is 16 years old and on the Ford for 12 years, and I have moved and dug at least q 100 tons of rock, our ground is way more rocky than yours, an old river bead from the glaciers so it got a work out, we set up a place from scratch with those tractors, large house three car garage/shop and same sized barn/storage shed, the rocks were too large for the compact New Holland why I went to the twice the HP Ford and it did the job, neighbor has it now, was all done with it !! !
