Backing up and Cracking up 

The plaintiff parked her car near a bank and claims the defendant backed his truck into her car. She says the defendant asked her not to call the cops, but now he’s ignoring her calls, so she’s suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff’s car was illegally parked in the drive thru lane, so it’s not his fault.
