Wow. I have not regretted finding and following your ministry online. Your church without walls sounds amazing, like something right out of the bible. It reminds me of my first church where I got saved in Fairbanks, Alaska. My pastor was a painter by trade and lived and worked out of the basement. It was an EXTREMELY small congregation, but we truly ministered to the lost. Homeless people. Drug addicts. Alcoholics. People most churches wouldn't even let in their front door based on their appearance alone. I ministered to and laid hands on grown men who were brought to tears by the spirit of God and I was one of them. Everybody more or less knew everybody's name. After service, we would remove the chairs, break out the tables, and have a HUGE pot luck lunch. Everyone served each other in love. I miss that SO much. I have not been able to find an atmosphere like that since. I left Fairbanks for Anchorage, and in hindsight I feel like I was Luke Skywalker rushing off to confront Vader and save his friends. I wasn't ready. My "Jedi training" was not complete. I definitely stumbled and much grief became of it. In the end the Lord made it right, as he always does, but in the present I regret leaving when I did. Well, you said you enjoy comments, so there you go. I hope you enjoyed it. Hi .I love the church I go to .the pastor teaches very well and I ve been attending at least the last 5 years off and on and lately not at all.the people are wealthy successful and the city I live in is all those kind .I need to connect somewhere I wish they had a metal ministry or at least people that are like me.living pay check to pay check trying to make ends meet with a teen and tween and a hard working husband who doesn't make so much.. I pray and read and try my best to serve the Lord here at home but I'm alone. No Christian friends.

Thanks pastor Bob! I don't know how I missed this episode. The big four wall organization are more concerned with sheep that drink milk. And they don't operate in the five-fold ministry which is for the perfecting of the Saints. I believe their heart is right but in the same sense if you keep the sheep there and just feed them milk you have a lot more people and a lot more money. Yes choose the second group.
Thank you very much for this message. This one really hit home!! I agree with you 100%. I was raised going to 1 church. My family and I have went there our whole life. My mom and dad was married there, and so was my brother and myself. For years, I thought this would be the only church I'd ever need. I couldn't imagine looking for another one. The last several years have been really rough, in my personal life. I pretty much quit reading my bible, didn't pray as I should, and was in general not close to God enough. If you didn't know me, you wouldn't see me as a Christian. The Lord really spoke to me a few months ago about attending another church. My family and I attended one of their services, and I have to say that I felt something I haven't in years. I really feel this is where my family is supposed to be now. It has helped me with the anger, depression, rage, and hatred that I've had for so long. I'm not 100% better, as this is not an overnight fix, but it's helping. I love your videos and messages that you bring to us. Thank you for all you do and God bless you and your ministry.
Exactly.Christianity is all about what God's done for us not what we think we can do to get Close to our Maker while ignoring or disbelieving in Christ the Son.So I always want to tell People who call Christainity Religion and who knock it that in fact it ISN'T.....unless you use the word Religion in a very slang sense.But no, it is RELATIONSHIP with the Lord.As for me I left the British church,ex pated to Switzerland ,and attend Metalchurch.ch.I am much happier in this Country.I read the Bible almost every day and collect refs for my song lyrics.(a further Inspiration to read it).But I want to know God better and am totally fascinated by Israel.I never get tired or bored visiting it.Hope I will get back to daily prayer again but for a personal reason am not doing that formally right now.I feel it is more honoring to God for me not to pray at present.But i can never stop believing or having faith.
I totally enjoyed your video today. I liked how you handled the question. I have been completely blessed to have found a fellowship just like you mentioned. One that feeds me, has great people in it that are quite friendly to everyone, and the pastor and elders are my old buddies from first grade on up. My pastor even went as far as to say "I will except some responsibility for ministering to you and encouraging, challenging and correcting". After 53 years of trying to do it on my own or bouncing from church to church because they didn't grab me where I was, God brought me to the little village where I was born and to Light In The Valley Church. I am so happy now.
I do feel led to SIM and all the pods, it feeds my soul and brain. Great tutorials from the “so what” guys on sundays and wisdom from lived life with Christ from you and Scott. Keep it up!
Enjoy you much. Been a Christian most of my life. Struggle with one doctrinal difference. Don't believe in the trinity. Closest I will to go with that is Elohim. Don't believe it should be so hard to understand. . Looked at both pro's and cons. However I have no problem with trinitarians. Knowledge puffs up charity (Love builds up) this is what endeavor to do. Not out to beat people over the head because of doctrinal difference. I love you Pastor Bob. God Bless!
