Completely agree with this. But not just fighting style, results. Chael was 16-8 while conor is 21-3. Conor is just a much better fighter (results wise) than Chael ever was. But yeah, If Chael actually beat Anderson in that first fight I believe he would have absolutely exploded.

From the time this interview was uploaded (2011) -the loss to Silva in the rematch (2012) was an awesome year, every day I'd always check on youtube if there was a new Chael Sonnen interview.
Fedor, Wandy, Crocop and the Nog twins are some of my favorite MMA fighters, and I'm a huge PRIDE nostalgic but I can't help loving Chael and laughing my ass off when he comes up with this kind of stuff. His humor is weird as hell but I love it. RF
@joah45 aw its an angry Chael hater lol. The reason zuffa bought pride and pride never had another show was because it was revealed that the japanese mob(yakuza) was gambling on fights as well as fixing them. They're all public documents, one google search and 5 minutes of your time and maybe you wouldn't look like such a moron denying the truth.

LOVE CHAEL SONNEN!!! This guy is so poised to become a superstar, and not just in the MMA. How can anyone not see how entertaining (and SMART) he is?? I just became a new fan after hearing him on a talk radio show a few weeks ago where he was just his regular, intelligent, grounded self. MORE INTERVIEWS PLEASE!
The hilarity of this video has stood, and will continue to stand, the test of time. As funny now as it was 10 years ago. Everyone else is just playing for second.

Chael just shit all over Pride's credibility.....could it be Chael, that Fedor, Wanderlei, and Crocop were all well past their primes when they stopped fighting in Japan and came over to the US?
Not only that, but MMA fighters were also reaching a new level in terms of standards, especially in the UFC. I do like Fedor and Crocop, and maybe they were past their prime. But in my opinion, their lack of success in UFC/Strikeforce was also because of the new generation's skills. I mean... think Cain Velasquez. Freakin insane. And what's crazier is someone will eventually be better than him too.

This guy is BY FAR the best interview in MMA. Just too funny but also some real truth too!! His comments about fighters dodging opponents and pound for pound are dead on.
I don't understand how people can hate Chael Sonnen. The guy is hilarious. You gotta have a sense of humor. He's clearly not being serious with 99% of the things he says. He's not racist or homophobic like people are accusing him of, he's just being funny.
