BSBOfficial China thank you for posting this. I have been a bsb fan for 20+ years now & I love fgl too. I have to admit I have watched this a few times now. I had a bit of a rough day today & needed something to cheer me up. I knew this would do the trick.
Jackie Giese I am. thank you. i actually did not get to watch the acms but I saw this on the front page of my youtube, I'm a huge country music fan & as I mentioned earlier, love bsb, so I had to check it out. wish I could've been there. 😋
To BSB haters... Did you know every single one of them is from the south ? That two of them, 1st. cousins, Brian and Kevin, are from the BACKwoods of Kentucky and grew up singing gospel? That if you listen to any of the last 3 albums, and not just the "radio hits" they've had, that there is a very strong country element to them ? Kevin ( the tall one with black hair and goatee) grew up in a very remote / high in the mountains log cabin in a camp area? He sang to and pretended the grass hill and trees were an audience and he would go out to sing to them AFTER he would sit in the church and sing listening to the echos and reverbs. Brian, has such a strong country accent when he talks you'd think he just walked out of the mountains. Give the guys some credit. They might have made their mark , years ago, singing pop songs but they are all truly country boys. Go watch , on Daily Motion website, the movie of them " Backstreet Boys : Show 'em What You're Made Of " . Guarantee you will have a MUCH deeper appreciation of BSB.
Truth. Hell listen to " Trouble Is" probably their most country-centric song ever . (even though Kevin was not with the group at the time). They have always had the country influence.

Just popped on here 5 years after the fact, to say that the joy in this video never gets old. The whole crowd was energized and completely in the moment. This is what I love about concerts from true performers. They draw you in, and you are part of a moment shared with thousands of other people who are just as invested as you are. It's a feeling like no other!
When the top 90s boy band (arguably all time ) closes and brings the house down at a country show! Put these guys in the rock and roll hall of fame already!
well jason aldean and carrie underwood and that era grew up on them....the rest..tim...kenny chesney...faith..didnt grow p on them they had to compete with them on the bilboard charts and sales lol
Gotta love Tim's excitement. Carrie and Keith were loving it too. To all the haters, times change, country is the most accepting genre, too bad the fans aren't. This was amazing. I've loved country forever, but I had nick carter posters all over my room, they were the '90s.
no it's thick headed jerks like you who are ruining it bc you think it should stay the same forever. Things change, life changes, get over it. And if you hate change so much just like everyone else who complains about country music go lock yourself in a cave and stay in your close minded world.
brittany no one is close-minded, country music is what is because of its style. These people are trying to act like country and pop are the same, they are not though. That is why they are in two different genres.
You are close minded sir, you proved it with your statement. Ever heard of pop rock? country rock? classic rock? There is also country pop, hick hop, classic country, country rock, etc. Don't like country pop? Don't listen to it. Doesn't make it not country because you don't like it. I don't like HWJ's music, nor do I like most modern rock, hence why I listen to classic rock and modern country. Doesn't make HWJ's music not country and modern rock not rock music. Just music I don't like. Oh and for the record, country pop isn't even new, it has been around since Nashville Sound in 1950.
MrCrackedJack no you are close-minded and you do not know me sir, last time I checked bsb isn't country. If you think that "everybody" is country pop then that's you, but it's not. Btw, the only type of "country" music that I listen to is pop country and bro country, but that doesn't make it real country no matter how cool the song is.
I don't care if people hated this performance or not these guys Rocked it big time. I grew up listening to Backstreet Boys they were the music i grew up listening too add along with NSYNC other boy bands. That BSB song is Classic and everyone you all saw dancing and singing loved it and had fun. Glad BSB was there.
I love that The Backstreet Boys had everybody up on their feet singing along and dancing. BSB FOREVER. I need to see them in concert again. They really do put on a great show.
I remember when the "No strings attached" album came out, and everyone was saying that Nsync killed the BSB, I just have one question, where's Nsync now? Proud of my boys!!
Loving that the background dancers were doing all the original moves from the video back in the day. Throwback while taking over country music. That's my boys.
To see my favorite country artists jamming out to BSB like I did when I was little was amazing! Country music is definitely the most accepting and welcomes artists of all music. But before Florida Georgia line got with BSB Shania Twain did something with them some years ago. But either way this performance was on fire!
I love the reactions of the crowd....from the performers to the audience, everyone is so damn happy! 😊 And it now won the CMT award for the best performance 😍😍😍

I loved this so much. I can watch it over and over again. I love how everyone in the crowd was in to it too. That tells you how much everyone loves BSB!
That was amazing!!! Love the combination of BSB and Florida Georgia Line. Huge fan of both groups!! Backstreet Boys have always had such good pop songs, and it shows in how the entire crowd gets so into this performance!
I've been a Backstreet Boys fan since they first started back in the early 1990's! My 3 daughters were 11, 10 and 7 when I purchased the BSB's first album in 1996. The 4 of us girls would crank up the album and sing every song! So happy that my girls are now 31, 30, and 27 and they all love the Backstreet Boys and Florida Georgia Line. What can I say? I raised daughters that enjoy great music no matter what genre! Now my daughters are raising their children to love the many different genre's of music.
Angela, The Backstreet Boys have actually been together for over 30 years. They started in their careers Europe and when they took off, they came to the States. Very smart actually as they're the only group from their era still together and still performing. I never tire of hearing them and there's nothing they can't sing. Great performances all around!

How did I not know about this until now? BSB getting in on the country scene is just one more reason for me to adore them. They’ve worked their butts off and deserve all the attention and love they get.
I've watched this video so many times, and I never get bored of it. going from a country ballad to a classic bsb pop song. I love that my favorite music genre came together with my favorite boyband. hoping for more collaborations like this in the future. thank you FGLBSB. Great ending to a great show.
Loved the Backstreet Boy's ever since I was a little girl they we're the first concert I ever went to and I loved them ever since! they always bring the show even after all these year's! I am now 30 yrs old and I think I love them even more now, this was a perfect collaboration between Florida Georgia Line and The Backstreet Boy's their song is perfect and their performance last night was perfect, seeing all the country singer's getting down to their music just goes to show how much of great entertainers they are!!! I will forever be a bsb girl ❤❤❤
My favorite kind of music came together to make music with my favorite 90s boy band. I love that the whole room was getting into the performance. Tim, Faith, Carrie, Keith, etc. They all were getting into it. For those haters, why hate on it when the people who make the music are having fun? It's great when two types of music can come together and make good music and have a good time. Great way to end the ACMs. Don't know if they'll be able to to this next year. :) BSB4Ever!
watching this again 2 years later... this was so good! It's incredible how the BSB music has stood the test of time... and even if you don't listen to "boybands", you know this song (and secretly like it!). Love how all the country stars went nuts!
Meagan Vogelsang He did fan boy like crazy! I think it was seeing Florida Georgia Line get in there and kill the "boy band" dance choreography. That was pretty amazing. Loved seeing BSB again :)
they never left google them "the last 5 years brian has had vocal issues but they never stopped touring, and the bsb cruise, now they are in Vegas" they've been writing new music now for the last 3 years
I'm so excited over this award show it was great, no politics in in it was all about the music and great talent like this. Congratulations Country folks for getting things right BSB your great
4 years later and it's still an electrifying performance that got everyone in the audience on their feet dancing and thrilled about the cross-over performance with one heck of a groove.
