Always good to see a Craig tube vid . . . especially during the holiday season. Merry Christmas to you & yours. Keep up the Good work during these trying times! Cheers! 🍻
Craig! I can't believe I've been watching your channel for nearly 10 years. I started brewing extract kits in 2012 and your channel was a huge help in getting me started. Now I'm coming up with my own all grain recipes and dispensing them from my 4 keg kegerator. Happy new year, man!
Nice to see a Christmas video from you mate. Have a great holiday time. As for the old Coopers yeasts I hang on to them in case a brew doesn't seem to start fermenting and I throw a couple of them in. I've used yeast 5 6 or more years old and they always seem to work. I liked the backward beer trick - good onya mate! Oh, or should I say Seventeen! 😊😊
Craig, keep going. I'm just one person, but, for what it's worth, I've been enjoying your videos since the 'cider with bread yeast' days. Few channels/publishers are as original or as down to earth as you are. You're content is appreciated. Cheers, man. 🍻
craig merry christmas to you and yours. you are the reason i am brewing my own because you keep it real. i don't feel like I need a phd in chemistry to make a good beer
Must try this. Thanks Craig. I only brew coopers. Just got one going with a passionfruit pulp in the brew. Have a very merry Christmas my friend. 🎅🎁. Great score on the diy kits. Cheers my friend. 🇦🇺❤
Happy New Year , That was a new twist Craig , love it :) And those Coopers cans are just fine way after the expiry date, just make sure to use a healthy yeast and they are good to go :) 17 and regards to you and your family.
hope you do some more of those winter nightwalks like you used to do, this sherwood alumni from 74 enjoyed seeing the old neighbourhood(grew up on 31st just across from sherman cut)
Great to see you back Craig and a good couple of weeks beer there at bargain prices 😉 🤣 👍 . I recently tried the coopers kits and have been so impressed that I have bought more 👍. Great reverse drinking/ counting, I did a bit of a similar vid a couple of years ago (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ksxArrkef5I.html) but it didn't get any reaction 😲! I hope you and your's can have a great Christmas and a very merry new year. Stay safe and well, ICAN, cheers, Schnuz.
Merry Christmas from Victoria Australia Craig, early summer here, 20c I was watching a bloke from Australia on here and he was given about 6 Coopers extract cans which were 10 years old and had been sitting in someone's garage and he brewed them up, but he threw the yeast out and used Safale or one of the others and he said they were fine and these cans were stored in a garage where it can get really hot and cold, a lot of brewing companies will give equipment to RU-vidrs to review, I really think that Coopers should give you a shipping container filled with extract etc after all the free advertising you have given them over the years. But that is what you get from multinational companies
Cheers and 17 sir that was pretty good LOL 😆 I do those kits even a tad stronger than you I do em at 15 litters brings those good bold flavors right on out you might try it and plz do come back around and brew a kit here and there some of us came came For the company to brew our kits some came to watch you brew your kits and learn a thing or 2 about and thing or 2 sir but it would make me smile to see a craig to kit and kilo or a brew kit here and there if you have it in ya that is my good man and cheers again 17
Hi Craig live your videos all of them including vinyl tv. Hope your holidays were good. You mentioned a while back that your health was maybe not all that great. Was wondering how you are doing?
The dark beers will be fine. The lighter ones will be darkened a fair bit, and bit have a little more of the that "kit" taste. I brewed a Cooper's Pilsner recently and it was quite dark, and it wasn't even expired yet (getting close though).
