Why no pizza stone on the Webber kettle grill. That Webber pizza kettle kit comes with a pretty heavy duty ceramic pizza stone. Because it is a much more versatile BBQ, but not a specialised pizza oven compared to the ooni, to give it the best chance and make this the fairest comparisons they should have used the pizza stone that came with the Webber pizza conversion oven in this competition.

Interesting to see the comparison between the pizza being cooked off a barbecue kettle grill and one cooked off of the OONI pizza oven!

seems like a lot of mucking around....

Might work better with using a pizza stone rather then on a pan
