Thank you very much for your video tutorial! How long does it take to make a pizza at that temp (650-700F)? I haven't seen any recommended cooking times for pizza in any of the Only Fire ring/pizza Weber ring attachment videos.
A baking steel will give you a much better bottom crust. These thin stones just won't maintain heat like a full brick oven. I like the overall concept of the Weber attachment but it's clearly not really getting enough heat on the top or bottom based on the doneness.
