First of all I got to say those Burgers look delicious especially with the bacon on it you can never have enough bacon when he has a blue cheese on to that that was good but what really got me is when he mentioned the Immortal words Burger balls I was on the floor dying of laughter that got me cracking up but once again I have to say those burgers are delicious now I'm going to have to go out and make my own thanks

You miss out on a lot of sear and flavour cooking the burgers on top of the bacon. Sear one side, flip and put the bacon on top.
