You know I'm a big fan of your fatty recipes. This idea isn't too far off my poutine fatty, taste wise anyway. I have to ask though, what is behind the change on the bacon weave?

I saw a video where they did it this way and it didn't leak out, so that's what I went with. I liked being able to seal up the ends which was straight-forward.

@@Armadillopepper I get it. That's why we over bacon the weave. Leakage is never good 'cause you lose all that goodness. Y'know I'm gonna do one up here. I follow your recipes and it's always a winner!
