Episode 21 got lost in the mail so we skipped straight to episode 22.. Your 7th favourite starcraft II duo lambo and harstem are back to give you some insane Noob in disguise action. Email for replays: Harambosc2@gmail.com
Hah - I'm the zerg player in this replay! I knew the game felt familiar as I was watching. Totally didn't know how to deal with that many reapers - was flabbergasted when they just annihilated even roaches (juggling with grenades) and took out bases in seconds! Had to give the opponents props in the end, but then of course they decided to BM. I do remember checking their match history afterwards and seeing some fishy signs - and of course, now they're some 400 MMR higher than they were then....but maybe they just improved a lot in the last month? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You were in an easily winning position, just needed to spread your lurkers out so there were a few at each base and not attack. Attacking with lurkers is pretty bad in most cases. Nice try tho
I kept thinking build spines at the top of every high ground and especially jump ledges. Burrowed banes would have been epic. Ultra-ling is good. fungal if you can manage it.
14:23 This really shows the power of upgrades. The reapers just stomped the roaches which they are supposed to be hard countered by. If lurkers weren't there behind, this game would just be over right here.
Maybe reaper viking could defeat mass swarmhost, the reapers can outmaneuver the swarmlings and go directly at the hosts and if it looks like there might come a tight spot, the vikings can shoot down some swarmlings for an escape route.
Hello, that was a fun one Managing it might pose a challenge, but here's a suggestion for another series: Each of you select a caster or a GM player to mentor, and then create episodes where you coach your respective students. The winner would be determined by the student who achieves the greatest increase in MMR in a certain period. If students have similar MMRs, there could be a (Bo7) showdown between them, and you coach them during the matches. Additionally, we could also at some point have a match between the two of you, like a master and student tag team. If it goes well in the end we could even have some interviews with both masters and students talking about what they learned throughout. Maybe this could be a sub goal or patreon and some of that money goes to the prize'
While this serious is absosiotly fabulous, it also saddens me. I see myself making many of the same plays our protagonist make. Meaning… I suck. Bummer
I think I saw this terran in a bronze league heroes. he trash talked the whole time then lost to a ninja base, so not surprising he checked in this game. Seriously bro, play fortnight with that IQ.
As I've said in another comment thread, the submitter's mmr lands them in Diamond 2.... Plus, the names on display during the episode aren't the names of the players but pseudonyms.
@@MichaelLewis-fx8eq neither of these are particularly relevant. Bronze league heroes doesn't actually use bronze league games, and I didn't compare names. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy. He's a little better at it now.
yes the NA server is full of smurfs and trolls. a lot of 40 year old men who recently got divorced and lost custody of their kids so they are alone and smurfing is the one joy in life they have.
Hii im the terran player in this video! I feel bad about bming. i shouldn't have done that, but i knew i wanted to submit this replay to harambo before i even won and i thought it would have been really funny and give harstem a good title & thumbnail. I was so proud of myself this game because i only play mass reapers and i had been struggling with lurkers for a long time. But one day i was watching an iodis and harstem said you can base trade against lurkers. So i thought that would be the way to go. The reason i build so many planetarys is because of the lurkers and i am anticipating a base trade, its funny how lambo thinks i have no plan, im a mass reaper na player how else am i supposed to beat lurkers? I got double e bays because i was winning the fights and i was anticipating roaches you could definitely see the benefits in the fights i had. I chose reaper viking because i like uthermal and i thought it was really funny. I stayed in the game after i won because i was wating for my opponent to rage in the private messages and i wanted to show harstem :/ like harstem said im an idiot. What i think is really funny is that harstem guessed my current rating but not the rating i had in the game. Im not a smurf just a mass reaper player who cant build workers lmao. Thanks for casting this replay
"Ez" doesn't actually mean that game was easy, it's just one of the best way's to trigger your opponent. Even if the game was hard for him then typing "ez" usually trigger the opponent. It's just for psychological win at the end. It's more common in games like LOL.
Why do people enjoy watching you and youthermal make "challenge" or "content" games? Or do you just do it because you can't make games at your actual rating interesting? Seems like a SC2 thing.
