Cool! I didn't know what t o do with this thing at the gym... how heavy was this one? as someone training 2 times a week for around a year, how heavy should be my tyre to workout? thank you

Hi Tyash. Thank you so much for your comment. There's no science-based evidence that suggests that resistance training could stunt your growth as a teenager. Only a major injury (broken back or legs for example) could impair normal growth. Train hard and stay srong 💪🦵

Hi spytype1. Hard to say. It's been over 3 years since I made that video. If I have to estimate, I'd say the tractor was roughly 200 lbs (90 kg). THANKS FOR STOPPING BY. Keep it up

Hi Joydeep. The only requirement to lose body fat is a cloric deficit. Exercises are only a tool to accomplish that goal. Someone could be doing this workout 3-4 times per day, but if this person eats like a pig, he or she won't lose body fat. I hope this helps 💪

I don't know your height, weight, fitness experience, lean mass, duration of the workout, resistance used, volume, etc, etc.

You need some protein my guy, but hey thanks for the laughs and for the ideas. I’m buying a tire this weekend, plan on doing flips, that farmer walk looks good, deadlifts, and sledge slams. 250 pound tire should hopefully suffice 😩
