One thing that always makes me mad is the tattoo artists that follow through with the horrible tattoo. Some of them are shameless and just don’t care. And on top of that they overcharge.

Tattoos are painful and time-consumimg to get, so What kind of sociopathic monster can look into a lovely young face, basically destroying it and the rest of her life, limiting about any opportunity she'll ever have? It should be a criminal offense.
@@icu3869 i dont fully agree, the client makes an appointment and everything to get a tattoo like that, the artist has some responsibility like not working on anyone under the influence or wanting anything offensive but they're providing the service that the client wants

My grandfather had two tattoos, on one forearm it said “Donna”, his wife of 64 years, and an anchor, that he claimed he was held down and given in the army by his army buddies. Now why they gave him an anchor in the army, and how they managed to hold him down, (grandpa was a big dude) I will never understand. I think he just thought it was rad 😂
the different branches of the military have a bit of a rivalry between them, so I wonder if his buds thought it was funny to give him an anchor since it would be associated with the navy. Love his Donna tattoo, that's so sweet 😢

My ex was a tattoo artist and he said we can’t under stand it, but some people have a love for bad art. Like people pick these artists bc they ACTUALLY like the work they produce. There are people who intentionally book with these artists bc they like the work they see. Those artist sometimes charge the same to similar as actually good artists and people will pay it and they will also be showing off their tattoo bc they see nothing wrong with it. Lol. Wild world out there.
When I got my first tattoo in Seattle I just called a walk in place and showed up and got it done. I was lucky because the guy did amazing and when looking through his stuff I absolutely loved it

I have a barcode tattooed on the back of my neck. Explanation: My boyfriend was getting ready to deploy to Iraq and asked me to marry him before he left. I told him that I would marry him but only when he returned. A couple nights before he left he and I bought a lottery ticket and won $100. Again, I told him we'll cash it when he came home. I guess I felt like I was giving us some things to look forward to. IDK. We were young. Anyway, after 13 months, and three changed return dates, my fiance was killed during his last mission. In the middle of grieving, I decided to tattoo the barcode of the lottery ticket, which I kept my word and never cashed. It's been over 15 years now. The only thing I kind of regret is placing it where others could easily see it because people are always curious about it. And while I honestly don't mind telling the story, it's just people always look like they wish they never asked or they feel sorry for me. I've tried saying "it's a long story," but they always say something like "Ooo, now I really want to know." I've also tried telling them in advance that it is a sad story, but I dont mind telling it, to try and make them more comfortable, but that seemed to almost offend some people. I was young and in a tremendous amount to pain when I got the tattoo. The way I look at it, I get a chance to tell people about a wonderful guy who is so loved and missed. ❤ RIP DJS.
my mom has some horrible tattoos that she loves so much and she sees nothing wrong with them, i think that some people genuinely don't know what a good tattoo looks like, she told me she looked at his work and decided on him and i was like why? and she said she thought it looked good idk

As someone who used to manage a tattoo shop, yes, people will 100% go into a shop, requesting a full sleeve, a back piece, hand tattoo or face tattoo with little to no research and it is shocking how many people trust that
