I used to be an ops manager to a furniture store. We delivered a fridge to someone similar like that, I said pack up the fridge and bring it back. It isn't our responsibility that you aren't prepared or didnt bother to listen to delivery instructions. And note: it was during covid - my team was not to go into houses. My team > your dumb ass 😂 After covid, I quit retail and honestly will never go back. Ever
