Well, to be fair, i do remember a few episodes where the Fat Controller punished his engines for something they didn't do (e.g Thomas Comes to Breakfast, where he scolds Thomas crashing into the stationmaster’s house, but that's only because a careless cleaner had meddled with his controls). But, yeah, in any case, he is NOT a dictator, far from it!

Same deal with Oliver, Toad, and Isabelle. And 3) This man cheered Gordon up when he was depressed after learning of his siblings fates by BRINGING FLYING SCOTSMAN, HIS ONLY SURVIVING BROTHER (at the time, green arrow and tornado weren’t built yet) TO THE ISLAND JUST FOR GORDON.
