Me personally when working in my own shop I charge $86.00 an hour when it comes to a full rebiuld (labor wise) that is a full assembly usually which takes me about 7 hours assuming everything is there that I need to complete the rebiuld. So in total you would be looking at $600.00 for a full assembly top and bottom (assuming all parts are there and nothing needing machine work etc) If I were to have to buy parts and assemble it would be about $1700.00 assuming all used parts are still good.
