This channel is just about me working on random stuff, ATV's and so on in a Vlogging Manner so hope you don't mind hearing me babble on for a bit while I work on something, some quick tips on "How To do this or that" as well.
Idk if ur still looking at the comments but I have 04 yfz 450 and it just doesn’t want to start has spark has gas carb is clean you could keep cranking and cranking and won’t back fire or pop off it won’t even start with starting fluid it would just backfire idk im at a stump
@@trxtech3010 the timing is right but like it spins over fine right now but before when it first happen I was riding and then it died and pulled over and it wouldn’t crank over it’s like the starter wanted to spin but the motor didn’t then I let it sit and it started to spin over just fine but doesn’t start
@@DirectCurrent4u if the carburetor is "level" then if you set your fuel level with a "level" carburetor then your level will be in correct. For example on the 660 Raptor's... You should maybe do some research and know what you're talking about prior to scooling someone and misinforming viewers...
Correct electrical wire gauge to the correct wire terminal end is best ! Crimp with quality tools . There is Garbage Freight and Knipex quality tools in the market along with terminal ends and electrical wire .
Thanks alot for this video. I have a GWM H5 with this motor(atleats an upgrade 4G69SYN as GWM calls it) and I did timing today, but that plunger tensioner did not touch the pulley's bracket after tensioning. Now I know why
Great video and explanation! The additional tips were much appreciated. Just brought a XT550 '83 and trying to learn about the auto decompress system and function.
Just so everyone knows: the adhesive used on most electrical tapes are stretch activated. all you have to do is stretch it tight and break it off that way.
lol People come to see how to do things that they do not know how to do, or they have never ever done and then wanna school me on how I did it wrong or how I didn't show how to do it etc.
thank you so much bro ive been looking into this for ever and i cant find any videos on it. is it ok to keep running even tho its clanky? also my oil has a metalic sparkle to it but no flakes at all is this bad?
If you put your hand up yoy can hear the radio signals from Connecticut usually can pick up a wide range of different channels but that's just only when the moon is selling the screw on the wall AW lol you know?
Whats the target a/f ratio you runnin ? Got basically the same set up on my 08 450R ... curently in the carb tuning procces using a wide band o2 .. just curious about the a/f your set up like !
I personally would suggest is to be about 12:5 from idle to mid theottle and 11:8 at WOT. You can go 12:5 all the way from idle to WOT if you want it won't hurt anything but I have seen a little more power gained at 11:8 at wide opened like I said. Hope that helps!
Oh yeah, you're one of those guys. I never said "how to adjust the float" I was showing how to chek your float level to assure it's correct. So go suck a cock.
@trxtech3010 I just bought a 400ex had been sitting for a while I test drove it there around the block took it home stated it for a few seconds for someone to hear it and checked the oil and there was none on dipstick no smoking or anything I added the right amount of oil still runs excellent no smoking or anything still. Should I be worried still or should I check anything else before riding
yep unlike Americans for some reason designing crap with a 5/16 here then you're going up to a half inch there then back down to a 5/16 now going up to a 5/8 and then a half inch it's just crazy I find that a lot on American vehicles Japanese vehicles only need it seems like a few different sizes to take the whole engine apart and out
likley lol. I worked with a guy who only bought snap on, was always in debt... He didn't know shit about working on ATVs and dirtbikes and racebikes etc I used all Husky shit and I got more done then he ever did. The problem is guys who buy snap on focus to much on what they got and not what they can do. Cheap tools made me 1000's and 1000's over the years. No need to spend that 1000's that I have made. Basicully you're working for free at that point just to pay for tools and never moving up in the workd.
