Earlier in the show, there was "Dolly Parton had two big ones" (BROTHERS). In the sprint, there was a word with the clue "They're grand" (TETONS). When they came back from the commercial after the sprint, Chuck explained, "When the explorers first saw the Grand Tetons, the mountains reminded them of 'Dolly Partons' and TETONS was French for that word"....and then this happened.
And of course the titmouse. That's actually the origin of the word, a shortened version of the word titmouse. In Archaic terms it's defined as "a young girl or woman; hussy' or "a small or poor horse; nag"
That was just unexpected, it should be okay for children if they watch the whole entire episode, unedited. Some children won't know what a tit is, and is not as profane as other words.
