badam phirni is a delightful variation of the traditional Indian dessert, Phirni enhanced with the rich flavor of almonds.
Its a creamy aromatic rice pudding that is typically served chilled making it perfect for festive occasions and special celebrations.
INGREDIENTS ADDED:
STEP1
preparation of rasgulla
*1/2 ltr milk
*1/2 lemon
*1 cup cold water
*4 cup water
*1/2 cardamom powder.
*1 cup sugar
STEP2
preparation of phirni
*1 tbspn ghee
*1 cardamom powder
*1 ltr full fat milk
*1/4 cup soak basmati rice (make a ground powder and add)
*1 cup sugar
*1/4 cup badam(make powder and add)
*200gm khova(unsweetened)
*1/2 cup hot milk(add 8-10 saffron sticks)
*2 drop rose essence
*prepared rasgulla
