Was going to ask the same question as someone below, which is that the KFI mount indicates that you mount the winch so that the lead comes off the bottom of the winch, not the top as you have. Was there a reason you did it that way?
I mounted it the opposite way because there was a better area to mount the controller box and the power cables reached back to the battery better coming from that side. I have used it on some pretty big jobs over the years and it’s held up fine that way👍
I have the same set up on my rancher. My question is can you mount the wired one to the handle bars or have any idea how to !? I will be plowing snow and want something I can just reach over and press without having to pull out a remote !
