Bodow for real brother, when rolling pin wasn’t available in Grenada it was a rum bottle for true and the roti came out real nice. Bless up always, I wish I was in Trinidad to eat some fresh fish. Keep safe brother. Shalom 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

That looks amazing. The only thing I'd do differently is fillet the fish, so there are no bones in it.

Looks good.Nice healthy portion on veggies but a whole fish slice in fried bake...ouch. Yuh have to watch out for bone chooking u in the gum

Some of these places. Need to evolve. He should fix up this place. And make it more aesthetically pleasing. It would look nice and also bring in tourism dollars for him. A nice wood hut painted in Caribbean colorist. With nice seating inside and outside. With a separate area for cleaning and storing his fish. I notice some people are just comfortable with just enough to get by.
