For - but most important is that I am against being judgmental towards what others want on their pizza. I have eaten pizza on 6 continents and dozens of countries. You always see something new.

She uses Caputo 00 flour not King Arthur.. probably doesn't do her yeast this way either wouldn't be surprised if there a sourdough mother somewhere in her fridge.
