Made these today for our Christmas Eve family celebration. A big hit! I cooked them a bit longer and sprayed oil in the pan cups and over the dough before the filling. The walnuts are key! Next time I’ll use a more potent Brie. But these were delicious!

I made these two days ago with the honey butter crescent rolls! I used homemade cranberry sauce for half and apricot preserves for the other half. The 24 I made lasted 7 minutes! They were a hit!!!

Hi Sara! These came out really tasty, they've already been requested for next year. The ones with jalapeno jam were actually even more of a hit than the cranberry ones! We also made some with vegan cream cheese and they were really nice. Thanks!

Wish I'd seen this Before I went shopping last night, I'd be trying it now! And when you mentioned other fruits to do, first thing In my mind was apricot. Thinking I'll be trying this with apricot, maybe feta instead of brie, or a feta brie mix, and top with pistachios. Thanks once again for great inspiration!!

I just made these with couple changes: store-bought pie dough, cream cheese, and regular muffin tin; to makeup for switch of dough I pre-baked the little cups, cooled, then filled, then cooked 15 minutes. DELICIOUS!

I make these every New Years Eve!!! I make my own cranberry jam to put on top 😋 we do one pan cranberry and the other peach!! My family and friends LOVE THEM!!

Made these with leftover cranberry sauce (from Thanksgiving) and passion fruit mango jam (someone is allergic to cranberry). Topped with slivered almonds since that's all I had. Everyone loved it. Next time I will try it with jalapeno jam. I advise to top with very little jam or it will overwhelm the taste. You can take this idea to so many different levels. Great starting base. So easy and yummy. It was a hit!

They didn't have real brie left at the store I was at so I used spreadable brie wedges and chunky cranberry orange sauce in large pans . We also did ham and cheese with hot sweet mustard so we had dinner and dessert. Thanks so much for the idea

Oh my...I was just leaving a comment about your baked garlic shrimp recipe that I made for my son & his family & this started...I actually made something similar to this in around 2001 when I was a personal cook for Henry Fords great grandson...I used brie,a piece of cooked chicken & homemade raspberry jam. I didn't have a mini muffin tin so I pinched them closed & made balls!!! 1 of his high priced attorneys ALWAYS asked for these when in town!!!!!

I will definitely make this recipe with one of the alternative fillings you suggested. We don't eat high fructose corn syrup so commercial cranberry sauce is not welcome in our house.

I typically use Pillsbury crescent roll dough which is similar to puff pastry.

I've actually seen some really great gluten-free alternatives at the grocery store recently! If you can't find anything store bought you could also make your own gluten free pastry or pie dough!
