How to make Grilled Fish in Foil?
Baked Fish Recipe 1:
for 1 serving:
1 piece of fish fillet (100-200 g):
1/2 of a carrot,
1 stalk of celery,
1/2 of a parsnip,
1 small piece of leek or 1/3 of an onion,
1-2 tsp of chopped parsley or dill,
lemon juice,
seasonings: salt, pepper, sweet paprika, thyme, rosemary, granulated garlic
Grate the vegetables and cook on a small amount of oil. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Add parsley. Sprinkle the fish with seasonings and lemon juice, add veggies on top. Wrap in foil. Grill or bake (180C) for about 10 to 15 minutes (depends on the thickness of your fish fillets).
Baked Fish Recipe 2:
for 1 serving:
1 piece of fish fillet (100-200 g),
1 small tomato,
1-2 tsp of chopped chive, parsley or basil,
1 small clove of garlic,
a bit of olive oil and lemon juice,
optionally small piece of butter,
seasoings: salt, peper, oregano, thyme
Dice the tomato, add herbs, chopped garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and season well. Season the fish. Add a bit of butter and tomato salsa. Wrap in foil.Grill or bake (180C) for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Baked Fish Recipe 3:
for 1 serving:
1 piece of fish fillet (100-200 g),
1 clove of garlic,
few slices of lemon,
2-4 tsp of chopped herbs: parsley, dill or chive,
a bit of butter,
seasonings: salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary
Season the fish, add pieces of butter, lemon, sliced garlic and herbs. Wrap in foil.Grill or bake (180C) for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Baked Fish Recipe 4:
for 1 serving:
1 piece of fish fillet (100-200 g),
1/2 of a small red bell pepper,
1 small piece of leek,
1 small clove of garlic, optional,
1-2 tsp of chopped parsley,
optionally some lemon juice,
seasoings: salt, peper, sweet and hot paprika
Season the fish. Chop vegetables and cook on a small amount of oil. Season to taste. Place on top of the fish, add some lemon juice. Wrap in foil.Grill or bake (180C) for about 10 to 15 minutes.
