6 leeks
2 carrots
1 teacup of oil
1 cup of flour
1 teacup of corn flour
1 pinch of parsley
1 red pepper
3 eggs
150 g cheddar cheese
1 coffee spoon salt, black pepper
2 coffee spoons of chili pepper
1 pack of baking powder
Preparation:
We clean the leeks well. We chop the leeks and peppers. Put half a teaspoon of oil in the pan. We start by sautéing the vegetables. We grate the carrot. We take it into the pan. Add salt, and pepper. We leave the sautéed vegetables to cool. Add the egg, oil and parsley into the mixing bowl and mix. We add some salt. Add the paprika and baking powder. We add the flour and mix our sauce with the leek. Then we add the corn flour. We oil the tray. Put the mixture on the tray. Bake in a preheated 170-degree oven for 20 minutes and grate the cheddar cheese on it. We take it off the oven after the cheese is fried. Enjoy your meal!
