If we bake in kadhai or pressure cooker do we need to put some salt at the base ? Or directly place in a tray and bake

Hi can v mix maize flour and whole wheat flour instead of maida

I tried this recipe today.Its a good option if you want to eat healthy as this is baked.But if you wish to get a good consistency then it is better to fry them.The mixture is perfect. Thanks a lot ma'am

Mayonnaise is made with eggs.... Not milk not cream.... Every sauce that has "aise" in the end like Hollandaise or Béarnaise are egg based sauce just like Mayonnaise... This technique that she showed is a cheat to make veg mayonnaise and isn't real mayonnaise... Also she skipped on putting in one of the main ingredients in the mayonnaise... It needs mustard... Dijon mustard in particular...
