DIRECTIONS (for all recipes):
► STEP 1: Prep & mix ingredients (dry & wet ingredients separately, then together in a bowl).
► STEP 2: Evenly distribute batter into a greased 6-cup muffin tin.
► STEP 3: Bake in oven at 350F / 177C for 25 mins, or air fryer at 330F / 165C for 12-15 mins. All ovens & air fryers are different, so cooking times may vary.
► STORAGE: Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw & reheat in microwave or oven/air fryer.

#1 - BASE RECIPE
(110 calories/cup, or 148 calories w/ mix-ins)
► Oats (1.5 cups, 122 g)
► Baking powder (1/2 tsp, 2 g)
► Cinnamon (1/4 tsp, 0.5 g)
► Salt (pinch)
► Unsweetened almond milk (3/4 cup, 177 ml)
► 1 large egg (or use flax egg if vegan)
► Maple syrup (2 tbsp, 30 ml)
► Vanilla extract (1/2 tsp, 2.5 ml)
Use this base recipe as the foundation to combine with other ingredients to create different flavours.
MIX-INS USED IN VIDEO:
► Raspberries (1/2 cup, 60 g)
► Chopped pecans (2 tbsp, 20 g)
► Chia seeds (1 tbsp, 12 g)

#2 - APPLE CINNAMON RAISIN

► Almond milk (3/4 cup, 177 ml)

► Unsweetened applesauce (1/4 cup, 59 ml)
MIX-INS:
► Diced apple (1/2 cup, 62 g)
► Raisins (2 tbsp, 30 g)

(156 calories/cup)

► Baking powder (1/2 tsp, 2 g)

► Unsweetened almond milk (3/4 cup, 177 ml)
► 1 large egg (or use flax egg if vegan)
► Maple syrup (2 tbsp, 30 ml)

► Orange juice (2 tbsp, 30 ml)
► Orange zest (1/2 tbsp, 3 g)

hi! if adding in protein powder, would you add more milk tor liquid to the recipe?

Great question - typically I recommend adding a bit of extra liquid (water/milk) to recipes when adding in something dry like protein powder, but in this case given the amount of liquid already used in this recipe, I think you'd be fine without additional liquid! This is assuming you'll just be adding in a scoop or so 😀 hope that helps!

Another excellent video! All the recipes you show are so drool-worthy and look absolutely delicious! One thing though..perhaps you could increase the font size of the written ingredient list in the video a tiny bit..they seem too small to read.

@toastyapron ❤ These Oatmeal cups look fabulous! I primarily use my Ninja Air fryer for everything. Can the OXO silicone baking cups be used in air fryer at the recommended temperature for this recipe? Also do these have to be warmed to eat or are they okay to use in lunch box for room temperature snack?

Awesome, the Ninja is a great air fryer 😀 The OXO silicone baking cups can definitely be used in air fryers - and yes, they can be used in temps up to 233℃/450℉, so they'll be perfectly fine for this recipe! I've had no issues using them in my air fryer at all 🙂 hope that helps, thanks for watching!

Can I substitute honey for the syrup? Since it's thicker would the ratio change? Going to make these for on the go breakfast and snacks. They all look so yummy. Thanks for sharing.
