200 g. of Manitoba flour
100 g. of 00 or 0 flour
7 g. of brewer's yeast
8 g. of salt
about 280 g. of water (the amount varies according to the flours)
500 g. of tomato pulp
salt, extra virgin olive oil, basil and oregano
200 g. of mozzarella for pizza
280 g. of cooked champignons
