Recipe for my Bakewell Slice
150g Butter
150g Sugar
150g Ground Almonds
2 Large Eggs
34g Plain Flour (all purpose)
Raspberry Jam or one of your choice
Flaked Almonds for topping
For the Pastry
175g Plain Flour (All Purpose)
75g Butter
30g/mls Cold Water
Please Note: I live in Europe where we use the Metric System of measurement. I have a very busy schedule and don't have the time to convert all my recipes into other forms of measurement. May I suggest you use an online converter if you don't use Metric. Thank You.
