INGREDIENTS
👉 600 grams FLOUR
👉 2 eggs
👉 A pinch of salt
👉 1 cup of water..200 ml
👉 1 tablespoon of plain butter or clarified butter
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
600 grams of flour is approximately 3 cups, but all flours are different in terms of density. The important thing here is to make a firm dough, which can sometimes require up to 4.5 cups of flour, depending on the size of the eggs and the density of the flour.
FOR ROLLING OUT
👉 1 PACKAGE OF CORNSTARCH
FOR THE TOP
👉 2 cups of vegetable oil
👉 1 cup or 200 grams of butter
👉 I used 1 cup of plain butter instead of clarified butter
FOR THE FILLING
👉 Hazelnuts and walnuts
👉 One large bowl
FOR THE SYRUP
👉 3.5 cups of sugar
👉 4 cups of water
