@@mommymarine1756 20:00 is 10-2=8. The first number (the 1 in 16:00 or 2 in 21:00) isn’t relevant in the math method. It’s just simply saying it’s PM and not AM

@@saushakamara I'm just trying to contribute positively! There's so much negativity in the world. Sundai is one of the few influencers I watch regularly because she's always genuine. I lost my mom in July, and seeing how she prioritizes her health while coping with her father and Douglas' loss is truly inspiring. As RuPaul says, "If you don't love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?"

@@harper5378 It isn't always easy, but it's worth it! There are free CBT and DBT therapy resources available online. Challenging negative thoughts and cognitive distortions takes practice. I set myself up for success by making small changes in my environment, like regular grocery shopping, having protein shakes on hand, and using a 40 oz water bottle. I have ADHD, so I use time blocking for both work and personal tasks, ensuring I take breaks and work out. One of the biggest misconceptions is that you need motivation to act. The truth is, motivation is fleeting and usually follows action. Some days I don't feel like going to the gym, but I remind myself of my reasons. Once I’m there, working out becomes easy. I have a small group of true friends who support me and have cut out as much toxicity as possible from my life. Having self-compassion is crucial because I am my biggest critic. Meditation has helped me, and there's a free app called Insight Timer that's great for this. There are budget-friendly ways to care for yourself! And remember, moderation is key; as long as I prioritize whole, unprocessed foods 80% of the time, I allow myself to indulge occasionally. There are days that I don't meet all of my goals but that's ok. I wake up the next morning and try again.
