This guy is absolutely right! Sugar is the worst enemy of all of us! I changed my diet to keto and I not only dropped pounds but also regularized my period, in no time, it was unbelievable! You must work out regularly too.

It is a great one of a kind product for discovering what to eat to balance hormones and eliminating trouble fat spots minus the headache. I really like this Christian Dr. I just wish he would say how to use & the way to mix the foods & oils, ie; the quantity of each item & how to mix them. I stopped using coconut oil when I found out it has purines, which causes me to have gout. Also how often should we consume any given food.
Ann, how did you find this out...have you been misinformed, perhaps it is something else...I have found Coconut oil to be a God send to me..wishing you well.
Have you checked the ingredients on the supplement? A lot of supplements use crappy vegetable oils that are high in omega 6 and very inflammatory. Or it could be one of the other added ingredients that is upsetting your body.
Who's Doctor specialist in hormone?? I feel tired,stress,and high blood pressure, and headache!!?? My primary Doctor gave me the higblood pressure medicine with medicine for tension and headache!! She told me let's try these medicines......but I'm still feeling tired and dizzy and headache....I told her maybe from my hormones...She said may be !!!I I'm 46....and my last period had was on August 19,20.....I did blood work normal.....help me please I feel I'm in perimenopause!!??

Dr.Josh please am asking you if you can suggest a natural tea for menstrual cramps? I don't consume red meats, neither do I eat tin food nor dairy products. I eat a lot of vegetables and a little seafood but I eat a lot of green bananas, yellow yam, sweet potatoes a little rice and green beans, a little sweet corn etc. Am living in Jamaica. Every month when my period start I feel like am dying but after the first day pass am ok. Please help.
