Moldy cheese and charcoal! BBQ TIME!!! 😂 I hate when roots stick out like that, but that’s just my preference. I’ve seen people do a nice job with them and many that just look ugly.

I live in fl and was thinking about starting a bald cypress. The water method is so dope. It can sometimes promote knee growth, which is a real wow factor with cypress for me. Good sht, man! This is big encouragement. 🫡

Put rocks under the roots so it looks like they eroded out. Or lower them and leave knees sticking up above the substrate like they do in nature.

Very Nice Carlos, I wonder if those roots could be wired to look like Cypress knees? Otherwise this tree has a nice base without those would be cleaner I think.

Hi, next time you're building a wooden container like that, line the inside with piece of PVC Pond Liner.

i think just leave the roots ! its bendy and all but it'll take too much time if you try to restart it, it looks really cool too ! This is an awesome Video thank you !

Cut off the roots. Less is more here. They ruin the scale of your planting.
