Just wanted to mention boys about the video quality. I unfortunately had some tech issues so I’ve added subtitles to help help the video a bit more engaging since quality of the video is off. I thought this was a really good example of an open and completely honest view into the real experience of the moments and thoughts of a man losing his hair and trying his best to cover it up. He actually looks 100 times better, bet he's kicking himself for not doing it sooner..well done pal. I've just done mine 2 weeks ago. My front end was going and I got in early. Had a good innings I'm 44 and started noticing it two years ago. Had a couple of days of tears (I'm a single man, have one child and facing this next chapter in my life reseeding). I'm still not confident or happy about it, but pardon the pun! I guess it'll grow on my in time.

The worst thing about going bald was other guys being nob-heads about it (It's always guys, never women)! Ruined my self-esteem every time some random stranger felt like pointing it out. When I first tried the fibres I felt myself again for a couple of years for sure. But indeed worrying about the weather/holidays/people sitting behind me on the bus etc took over my life. Shaving my head took all that stress away overnight. I think confidence and well-kemptness is more important than hair anyway (Also this guy genuinely looks a lot younger in that final photo I reckon!)

Im bald at 26 and for me it’s crazy to think that even a man that’s 40 years of age with a wife and lots of life experience is dealing with this hair loss drama and the anxiety of what other people might think of him. He looks like Jason statham now, definitely a glow up! 😎

It never stops I guess. I am 59 though still single.. yeah it sucks but the hair loss drama never ends unless I guess you make it end. Personally for me i been shaving my head since I was 40 but also it did take away getting as many girls noticing me after being bald sadly. I think it looks good on some guys but not all sadly but it's better than putting up with the whole hiding it cause that never works.

Oh snap. That's smarts when the fibers dont help anymore. He's a bit older fellow than who's normally on here. Well it worked out and looks good. The older fellows seem to look better. Maybe it's because they don't overdo the beards.

I had been growing out my hair for almost two months, to see if there was anything salvageable about my hair. I watched a couple of your videos and decided to shave it off. I like the bald + beard look. I am going to let it grow out just enough ad see if I can pull off a salt and pepper buzz cut. It is very inspiring to see other guys ditch their insecurities and embrace reality full on.

wow what a difference and to be honest the fibres actually highligted you receeding hairline_ all the stress and for what a shaven head has highlighted my looks i think i look better more rugged than when i had my curly locks so cheers to you mate.

When you realize that no one actually gives a shit about your hair loss and you also need to stop giving a shit is probably one of the most liberating feelings. Especially if you've been depressed about it for a long time. Now I just get it buzzed and feel great. 😊

I don't think there is anything more normal than a guy in his 40s with a bald head. You could count the hairs on his head by the end. Poor guy should have buzzed it off 10 years ago. Happy for him he finally did it tho.

If you are smart hair fiber has no limit. You need to cut side hair then cut it in small part. Put all of these in your scalp and the put hair fiber. You will see more density.

I think what you mean is that it is more "acceptable" and normal post 40 to be bald / shaved head. I do think it's easier to make peace with it at that age as opposed to in your 20's / 30's

Why would that guy say "Ah I had a great head of hair until my 5ps but now it's gone. Big deal." It's ludicrous to say it's not a big deal. It is.

I had the same. From the age of about 23 until 33 I probably had 1 or 2 comments a year and 80% were from complete strangers. Mostly drunk strangers on nights out. All men. This was all whilst balding, that's the bit people get weird about. Once you shave it the comments die out.

You are very optimistic if you think that finasteride will save you for life in situations like that. After the age of 40, many other factors come into play.

@@NiMo5048I've been balding since I'm 18. I'm now 32 years old. Been on finasteride and minoxidil for a very long time. And recently only on dutasteride and minoxidil. Yes I still have a full head of hair. It works extremely well as long as you start the treatments early enough. And if I ever start to lose my hair again? Well new treatments like GT20029 are coming soon. And if that's still not enough? Well... then i can always add a small hairtransplant. Conclusion : yes you can save your hair basically forever . Taking action early and consistency with the treatments is the key

85% of men lose hair by 50. Enjoy it while you can. From your photo you have long stringy thin hair naturally already. If you just lose a bit you'll look bald.
