I LOVE this build I also built a knowledge cleric/shadow monk shadowheart and -based on your description of this build - fits even more lore wise to how Viconia would use the worshipers in the cloister to extract information for her benefit (minus the torture)

I like the idea of this character serving Oghma by participating in the distribution of forbidden knowledge, since Oghma’s whole thing is sharing knowledge with anyone/everyone regardless of moral alignment!

IMO Gith is probably not a good fit for this build as most of their racial features are made redundant by the knowledge cleric

Thing is their Knowledge of the Ages can be used to cover two different bases easily as far as skill proficiency are concerned

Actually, it helps them. Use Astral Knowledge for Charisma and Knowledge of the Ages for another one, i.e. int for Arcana or Dex for Stealth.

Thanks for showing a build with knowledge cleric added in. I always been interested into the subclass but didn’t want to be all in on it. I always wanted to play a cleric Githyanki with it so I would try this out.

It's highly underrated, let me tell you. Perfect for a party face/player character. One of my builds is a knowledge cleric 10/abjuration wizard 2 rock gnome, and it works really well honestly.
