It is a British Military jeep.
British Army,
it is called Lightweiht, Commando.
available in petrol and diesel engine 2.25 L.
They are found in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain under the brand Santana.
Very easy to maintain, spare parts not very expensive.
Rolls on highway. it is a very nice toy.

I swear the Series III Lightweight has the same bare bones Willys Jeep feel as the 1948 Series 1.

It is a Land Rover, not a Jeep! Two different companies! Official Nato name: Truck, Utility 1/2 ton, 4x4, Air Portable. Nickname: Lightweight. In Spain Santana has build normal Land Rover Series. In Belgium around the 50s it was Minerva. ... Spain and Iran made only a few Lightweights as a kind of exercise. They were in use by the military, border patrol, UN... all around the world from Series 1 up to the Defender.
