I really enjoyed this. These are stretches that beginners can do, but they're shown with your masterful technique/form. I have a question- I've long admired your postural mechanics, will you ever release a video detailing how you opened up your sternum/upper spine, dropped your shoulders and straitened your neck?

Ballet Beautiful This is probably one of the best workout programs I have ever found.... it' s definitely my go to when travelling! It even helps with performance in other sports like track and especially martial art loveeee it ❤❤❤❤

I have a question. I love everything about Ballet Beautiful, the cardio, toning, stretching, it is all amazing but I was wondering since I am DVD lover and have streaming videos if you could make a DVD that is all Cardio and not toning based. Thanks for being great!

We do have some great Cardio DVDs and streaming videos that are Cardio based and really get the heart rate up, such as: Cardio Fat Burn, Swan Arms Cardio, Spring Body Blast Cardio and Skyline Workout. The videos have stretching and toning included because they are important elements for sculpting long, lean muscles. Stretching is also very important for preventing injuries. This video was really helpful because I'm trying to improve on my splits just one question: how much tall are you? You're legs and arms look really long I mean I know ballerinas usually have long legs. 😀 And because I'm tall do you have any tips to help me control my body a bit better? Thanks! ❤️

+Evangeline M Selene T Hi Evangeline! Yes it is great to do these stretches before and after workouts, and if you are able to you can do it throughout the workout as well! My approach to stretching is different than many other exercise programs, instead of thinking of it as an add-on, I think of it as necessary because it helps release and lengthen muscles as you strengthen and tone them. Is there way to get a smaller butt? Weird question. But I'm very muscular and have short legs. So it's a little harder to have my legs look skinny. Is there a way for me.
