The couple, Steve and Julie, has been offering Banh Mi since 2015 at Tanjong Pagar. Banh Mi baguettes are handmade and baked fresh everyday.
Friendly and always on smiles, Vietnam-born Julie makes her own Banh Mi ingredients, including pickles, mayonnaise, Paté, pork ham, BBQ chicken. Each bite into their Banh Mi gives you a satisfying mix of baguette crisp, vegetable crunch and tender meats. With an array of flavours to choose from, one will take a while!
Another of their must-tries is their stewed beef. Dip their crispy baguette into the rich stew, then a bite into their cooked-to-perfection beef, gives you a heavenly combination!
Vietnamese rice vermicelli noodles with pork, vegetables, sprinkled with peanut bits is also one of their dishes. Drizzle some homemade sweet chilli sauce onto the dish, and you will find yourself finishing the refreshing bowl in no time.
