SINGAPORE HAWKER FOOD | Hometown Hainan Fen (家鄉海南粉) | People’s Park Food Centre 

Established in 2018 by two sisters, Ms Zhang Yan and Zhang Ya from Hainan, the stall offers authentic Hainan beef vermicelli. To satisfy cravings for their hometown noodles, the duo opened the stall selling their signature beef vermicelli and beef brisket noodles. Smooth, silky vermicelli topped with thick flavourful gravy, peanuts, bamboo shoots and pickled vegetables, come together to form refreshingly sweet, sour, and spicy flavours!
Hainan Kway Teow soup is another dish the sisters serve. It comes with flat rice noodles with egg, sliced pork and liver.
Chilli lovers would be piqued at their super fiery homemade chilli sauce. Just a little will elevate the flavours of a bowl of vermicelli!
