Too long time I haven't had bammy. I been wanting to know how they made bammy so golden and cris. coconut milk. I like that you made fresh Coco milk. I think you can use similar process to mix up the cassava. Soak it peeled overnight. Drain it, cut it into small pieces. And blend it up with some wata. Then squeeze it out til dry. One lady I saw rolls in a ball and dry out in the sun but maybe a sunny window with a nice breeze or low fan can work. since moving there is not many Jamaican goods or restaurant close by. I miss ackee. I thought might try an plant one ackee tree. It might be to cold here. I can get cassava at the store. Thanks for this video💐
No one ever shows how to get the bammy flat in order to fry in the uncooked bammy in the first place all we see is some nice flat uncooked bammy that does not cumble when you cut it. What's the point. ????
I don't know how to make bammy from scratch I've seen them make it with cassava back home if I did I would surely share it with you sorry I didn't fill your need
