Seriously, run like hell from hard-cover to hard-cover. Use doorways to funnel NPCs onto your bullets. Crouch in between running like hell. LOOK BEHIND YOU! :)

"i am getting shot at, i know dont take cover just walk up to the shots and see who's shooting me"....wtf....seriously, then steps away from a lovely fence and uses a bush as cover while standing in the road
