Otterbox Contest:
CONTEST CLOSED

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup yogurt
2 eggs
Banana Walnut Loaf
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup walnuts, crushed
1 cup ripe banana, mashed
Pumpkin Spice Loaf
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¾ cup pepitas
1 cup pumpkin puree
Cheesy Zucchini Loaf
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 sprig fresh thyme
¾ cup white cheddar, grated
1 cup zucchini, grated
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 60-70 minutes. Tent with foil if top begins to get too dark. Enjoy!

I have a 7 year old who loves to be in the kitchen to help me cook and bake. The OtterBox would save us from having to pry flour out of the corners of my tablet. I even resorted to sticking my tablet in a zipper top bag to keep it from getting schmootzy. Not cool! BTW Love these recipes. I, like one of your other fans, am gluten free. I make my own flour blend and your recipes and my flour blend work perfectly! No one even knows they're gluten free. You rock Chica! Thanks for all you do.

I use my tablet each and every day in my kitchen when I cook. It's basically my little virtual cookbook (I've been working on making a PDF of recipes to keep in my iBooks app). Whether it's something I've cooked before, or something I've never done, my tablet is with me so that I can always double check to make sure that I make the best version of whatever I may be cooking! (:

This is the most successful and perfect recipe I’ve ever gotten. I used to make pumpkin bread and banana bread every month. Since I’ve tried your pumpkin bread recipe, it has been really innovated my old ones. Using butter, yogurt, brown sugar, instead of oil, water, and white sugar, making the pumpkin bread more flavorful. Crispy outside and moist inside, sooo delicious! I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I can’t wait to try your banana bread recipe. Again, thank you so much!

I would use the Otter agility system in my kitchen because I always use my tablet for recipes because books take up to much space! It would make teaching my grandchild how to cook much easier and maybe in the future I could pass it on to her. I would watch videos in the kitchen, of THE DOMESTIC GEEK, and follow her step by step to make it perfect, then it would be right there with me when a friend asks for the recipe. I would use the otterbox case in the kitchen to mount in the cabinets. I feel like having recipes higher will help me focus more on completing the best possibly meals and treats for my friends and family. Thanks for the give away and congrats to whomever wins!

I would use it for baking. I love to bake goodies for my kids. Knowing when u have kids, it gets messy. The other thing, it will be great to have it so i can forces on my 2 year old help when its time to bake. She love baking with me.

If I won the Otter box for the tablet I would be so estactic!! For one I love love to be in my kitchen either baking, cooking or hanging out with my family. Cooking/baking is sort of a passion of mine. Love to find new recipes and try them out. I currently am using my spice cabinet to prop my tablet up so I can easily watch how to recipes. I am always afraid it will fall. Thank you for the videos I truly get inspired by your recipes and ideas. Happy Holidays

I love baking in fall and winter- it's like compensation for having to deal with yucky weather :-D The Otter Box looks like a great invention! Hi Sara. The Otterbox Agility System is amazing. I absolutely love to cook and bake, like most of us here probably do. I am teaching my son how to cook (I want him to grow up to be an amazing and independent man who can both cook for himself and someday his wife and family) and this would make it soooo much easier for both him and I to watch the video recipes. It would be a great Christmas Gift 😉

I would use the Otter Box Agility system instead of trying to prop up my tablet in a basket above me and still try to read it. Also be able to possibly hang it up would be awesome. I use my tablet in the kitchen constantly. Cool product! Also breads look delicious! I love the savory zucchini concept. Brilliant!

Great quick bread recipes!! I would definitely use the otterbox when I'm baking since I amp up baking this time of year! FYI people......remember not to over mix quick breads because they will become tough! Take it from someone who has over mixed and learned this lesson the hard way.

Nice to know I'm not the only person with that problem lol, I only use my old iPad (and it's slow) in the kitchen to save recking my other tablet! I would use the case much the same as you are, and it would be awesome to have during all the holiday baking that's coming up soon.

Thank you again for 3 more recipes that I can use easily! I'm planning to make these and take with us to visit grandchildren who live 4 hours away!! Along with a large pan of your 'lazy lasagna'. I will definitely use it to replace my old worn out speck case to protect my iPad mini from when I am cooking. I can't tell you how many times the tablet would fall while I'm cooking/baking and I have to stop everything to fix the tablet. The otter box would be so helpful!

I would use the Otterbox Agility System in my college dorm kitchen! I have never cooked for myself everyday before so I need to look at recipes pretty much every time. The banana walnut is my favorite. I usually sit my iPad in a cabinet when cooking to protect it from spills. With the otter box I would be able to have my iPad on the counter and I'd be able to view my recipes a lot easier

That system looks so cool! I am always cooking and reading recipes off of my iPad...and whatever case I have on it (and the screen...) is always getting flour and stuff on it which is a pain to get out of it. I would use it and try tons of new holiday recipes...Pies, cookies, cakes... The fact that you can mount it on cupboards sounds cool too! I love watching shows and videos on my iPad while I cook!

I am the exact same way!! I keep my iPad on the counter as I cook (to read through recipes or watch them via RU-vid), and even though I try to be careful I ALWAYS end up with something smothered on it. The otter box sounds perfect for this!! What a great giveaway! I've got to say, I love your channel!! It's great to learn a basic recipe and then a few modifications on it to change it up and make something new. I look forward to your uploads - can't wait for the next one!!

I made the banana bread last night and it was delicious even thou I did not use the yogurt or milk. I am lactose intolerant and I have IBS too so, I substitute the flour for gluten free flour and it came out super good. Today I am going to make the pumpkin bread and I am planning to use almond milk instead of yogurt. Thank for answered my question. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

First this video was so helpful I'll sure be making the pumpkin spice bread. I love baking but in my kitchen I have hardly any space and a bunch of storage and I am always trying to find a place to put my iPad constantly using coffee jars or bread tin cluttering up the space and this would just give me so much more space and benefit me by focusing all my concentration on my baking because I don't have to worry about my tablet falling. Oh that would be perfect as every year my tablet ends up covered in everything! Last year I had all of my recipes taped to my cabinets because I didn't want to ruin my tablet, again, lol but that meant a lot of wasted paper! I LOVE my tablet in the kitchen!

The Domestic Geek The Cheesy Zucchini Loaf is amazing! Tomorrow I'm Skyping with my daughter who lives in Arizona and we will both be making the Pumpkin Spice Loaf together. We're 2300 miles apart but it doesn't feel like it since we Skype a few times a week instead of just calling on the phone. That is also what/where I would use the Otterbox Agility System, Skyping while cooking with my daughter.

i tried the recipe for the banana bread today. It turned out ok but the butter was so empowering that it was more like a butter cake rather than a banana one. Plus, i cant tell the banana flavour either. However, it was quite a nice loaf :)

Omg yumm! I'm definitely going to try out the pumpkin loaf recipe :). Starbucks has pumpkin muffins around this time of year and I always go buy a pumpkin muffin because they're sooo delicious.
