SN: You can use a regular size piping tip (or a jumbo one), turn it upside down (circular opening down) & to create the holes in the cupcakes for your filling. Just make sure that you don’t push the piping tip all the way down to the bottom of the cupcake 😊.
I have a question about the filling. Your recipe shows 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix and 1-2 ripe bananas and doesn’t show milk. On the the other hand your video shows you used pudding mix and milk. Nothing is written or said as to how much milk you used. Did you make this accounting to the pudding box directions? Would you clarify that for me. I’m looking forward to making these.
I’ve been testing out different banana pudding cupcakes and by far yours is the best I’ve come across!!! I especially like the tip about making the whipped frosting because I’ve made cream cheese frosting for the cupcakes and it ended up being way to heavy for my preferences!! Tysm

I was able to replicate this recipe using non-dairy ingredients: plant-based milk (substitute for whole milk) and ground flaxseeds (substitute for eggs). They turned out great and I served them at our family Easter dinner. My family loved them and said they were the best cupcakes ever.❣️

Only minor thing I found was the whipped recipe has 2 quarts of heavy whipping crepe listed however, the video said 1 carton which may confuse some. Being a seasoned baker, mine came out as expected... thick, banana-flavored, and delish! This was a GREAT ending to a great Easter Dinner! Thank you again for sharing! YOU ROCK!
Had the same question. Ingredients say 2 quarts which is half gallon or 8 cups. I wonder if she meant 2 pints which is 4 cups. But in the video she did says 1 carton. Would love to know if it was 1 pint carton (2 cups) or 1 quart carton (4 cups)

I made these cupcakes, vegan style, using plant-based ingredients instead of milk and eggs and topped w/thin golden Oreos (Vanilla Wafers contain milk). I was told they were the best cupcakes they’ve ever had. 🥰

Great video! Can you clarify how much heavy whipping cream you used for the frosting? If you can specify the carton size you mention in the video that would help. The instructions say 2 quarts (half gallon) which seems like a lot.
Here's a lil tip! when putting filling inside of your cupcake use the bottom of your piping tip to form a perfect circle! I feel as if it would be easier in a way!
Yall this cake right here??? Best tasting cake I've made so far😍😋. I'm real big on baking, and my friend's birthday is this week, so I decided to use this recipe to make a 6 inch layer cake and a few cupcakes. This cake is so soft, moist, and full of banana pudding flavor. It doesn't even need frosting, I ate every single scrap from cutting holes in the cupcakes and leveling the cake layers. I frost the cake tomorrow and will gift it to my friend the following day. He loves banana pudding, so I just know he'll be crazy over this cake 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 *Tip: if yall decide to make this at the last minute like me and your bananas aren't ripe, bake them in the oven first before mashing them into the batter*

I decided to get 2 pints and it turned out good with a hint of that banana cream flavor. Did you by chance meant 2 pints?
