I would request you to share knowledge on the type of vessels we need to use for cooking, which is good and bad out of steel, aluminium, indaliunm and so on . . As I see most of our kitchen have such kind of utensils from years and need to know which one is better for usage

Dr khadar is not selling any millets. Purchase little quantity from online and check the quality, if it is good you can purchase

*Structured water* *By immercing a copper plate (measurement 4" x 12") into mud or steel pot (with full water filled) for 7 hours or full night, we can prepare structured water. We can use this water for drinking and cooking. Copper plate helps in removing plastic nano particles and other impurities from water.* *NOTE:* *We need to clean the copper plate daily with tarmarind or lemon and salt.*

Mere grandfather ku heart blockage hai Millet diet vl follow, bt ek pblm hai Lauki, cucumber, Ashguard, juice, suit nHi hota grandfather ku Motions hote Jo juice or medicine, potency mai cold rehtha, woh unku suit nhi hota, Result aata kya, without cucumber, bottle guard, ashguard juice ??????

But there is also another solution said by Dr.khadar sir in another video. If juices does not suits you, you can make Leaves kashayam of Cucumber, bottle gaud, ash gourd and drink empty stomach. Each kashayam 7 days, Repeat up to 9 weeks to clear the blockage. At the same time Arikelu 2, Samelu 2, Rest 3 millets each 1 day. Hope it helps you...🙏
